Open Outlook Express. On the top level navigation bar, click Tools and on the drop down menu which appears, click Accounts.

You will then see this screen.
Add a mail service

On the right hand side, click Add and then Mail. This takes you to this screen.
Enter your name

Choose a Display name for your account as you would like it to appear on emails you send. Then click Next
Enter e-mail address

On this screen, write in your full e-mail address. Then click Next to go to the following screen;
Configure e-mail servers

Here, enter the e-mail settings needed to download your e-mail. These are;
Incoming mail (POP3) -
Outgoing mail (SMTP) - If you are using our dial-up service then use if not use your existing ISP for example (if you are using Tiscali)
Then click Next
Set account and username

Enter your account name and password. Remember that your account name is Username (supplied with your account details) followed by a - symbol then all of the characters that come before the @ symbol in your e-mail address.
Leave the checkbox Log on using Secure Password Authentication clear, and then click Next

Finish e-mail setup wizard
Click Finish to end the set up process.
IMPORTANT. Now double check the settings you have created here.
